Had to return the firstborn one, but the second works great.

The basi model arrived cracked and still worked, however, it was very loud, and leaked allover the floor. When I returned the item, the return procedure was requiring little effort than I altho it would be.

Overall, the new dehumidifier works great and I am very happy with it.

This dehumidifier does it is occupation and works very well. The only downside is that it’s a bit noisy, but that’s beeen my experience with my last one as well. I lost the last one in a fire, meaning that it didn’t break down.
