We have was struggling to find a low temperature dehumidifier to our liking that is well-made and authenti with buyer friendly features. Of all the low-end priced dehumidifiers we have tested, the Comfort-Aire® units have proven to be the most reliable. With dehumidification of 50 and 65 pints of water remotion per day, low temperature operation down to 42°F (good for basement applications), EPA energy star efficiency, and exact digital display of room temperature, humidity, and humidity setting, these 501 and 601 units are the “best value” category award winner for low end dehumidifiers.

Had to return the introductory one, but the second works great.

The primary model arrived cracked and still worked, however, it was very loud, and leaked allover the floor. When I returned the item, the return procedure was more comfortable than I altho it would be.

Overall, the new dehumidifier works outstanding and I am very happy with it.

This dehumidifier does it is occupation and works very well. The only downside is that it’s a bit noisy, but that’s beeen my experience with my last one as well. I lost the last one in a fire, meaning that it didn’t break down.
